Giving Back to Causes That Matter

Almost 1 in 2 Australians will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime.

A range of cancers have directly or indirectly, heavily impacted the team here, and our community of clients. The impact of cancer affects not just the individual. It's friend's, family, business, and it is bloody scary if we are honest.

Mental health & causes that help people get an opportunity to find success, are close to our heart too. Our belief is one opportunity or moment can change the trajectory of someone's life forever.

Historically, we have donated to various causes occasionally over the years. We have made the decision in 2025 to be far more active and consistent in supporting a number of causes that mean a lot to us and our business community. Because if not now, when?

We not at the size yet were we can donate like a publicly listed company, but we can do our part by donating consistently, raising awareness, and encouraging others in our growing stable of businesses to do the same.

Our intention is to be donating at least 1% of all revenue from every workshop, every event, every coaching & advisory session, by the end of the year. We hope to lift that percentage in the future as we continue to expand the number of businesses we support.

150,000+

Australians are diagnosed with cancer every year. That is about the same size as Cairns, Toowoomba, or Darwin.

42.9%

Australians aged 16–85 years have experienced a mental disorder at some point in their lives.

1%

Of every client’s investment in our coaching services contributes to meaningful charity support by the end of 2025.

69%

Cancer survival rates in Australia have improved to 69% thanks to research and donations.

Community Support Impact

A small amount from every client’s investment, every month, goes directly towards our stable of charities. In addition to this ongoing commitment, we will also raise funds through community events we host throughout the year.

Meaningful Impact Together!

We're proud of a large number of our clients who are now in a position to give back and do so, some in incredible volume, to many other charities and causes that mean something to them.
You know who you are, and a special mention to Team Star Wars: Cars 888 & 999 on the Variety B2B Bash, and the CEO Sleepouts of last year.

Make a difference

By working with us, you’re not just investing in your business, you’re also part of a business community that believes in paying it forward, are incredibly generous with time and money, supporting causes that matter, and making a real difference.

Everyone can start somewhere.

At Growth Potential, we believe in using our success to make a positive impact..

As a small business ourselves, we understand the value of giving back. That’s why we’ve committed to donating 1% of our turnover to support six incredible charities. Our aim is not only donate, but to help raise awareness and encourage other business owners to follow suit and incorporate charitable giving into their own business practices.

By partnering with these organisations, we hope to make a meaningful difference in the lives of Australians facing cancer, mental health challenges, and childhood disadvantage.
